About Us:
We are a cozy beach resort committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, pristine facilities, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated member for our Housekeeping Team.
Position Overview:
The Senior Housekeeper will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, and lead a small team of housekeeping staff. This role requires a hands-on professional with some leadership skills and extensive experience in luxury hospitality environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping for guest rooms and public areas

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff

Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas

Train, mentor, and guide junior housekeeping staff

Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Manage staff schedules and assign daily tasks efficiently

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Coordinate with other departments to support smooth resort operations
Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of housekeeping experience in 4-star or 5-star beach resorts or hotels

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role

Leadership and team management skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Fluently in English and Malay
